*Worst culture * You have to work for 15 days continuously there is no proper offs .they will combined festival offs with regular off you have to work in festivals also. * No value for your work.they will act perfectly that they giving value to you'rs work. * No skills improvement.if you reach you're target then you have value for that day. * No job security suddenly they can layoff you . * For leaves you have to beg them. Worst experience with mangers,lots of politics, they force you to work on saturdays there is no weekoff in last two weeks of the month.worst experience with this organization.
