Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No salary received on time.. This company is the perfect example for how the Indian government rules are very worst .. how they give certificate for such a fake company I don't know.. 100 scam this company just ask money from the students and doesn't teach anything.. He scams the people in the name of backdoor job .. At first he will call you all the time for money after you gave the money he will not respond he will send alternative jobs only for example in Banking side he will tell I will get you fully operational job at last he will tell only sales is available like that completely fake company... There are so many people affected by this company.. Please nobody join this or else you will suffer ..
