Work culture, toxic managers in Pune location, they are giving the reason for low ratings are : you are not saying good morning to me, you are not treating your manager as your second wife etc..

Good for people to learn at the start of their careers and jump as soon as you get enough skills and experience. They don't pay you on par with the industry standards.

Dislikes

Lower salary compared to the Market standard. Stocks provided are about 1/3rd or 1/4th of any other competitor company.

Likes

Salary and benefits are very good. Best in the industry. The only reason that keeps people from leaving NXP Semiconductors, Pune is it's very attractive salary. Office hours are flexible and facilities like gym and yoga are there.

Dislikes

Office politics, everyone is sick of it. The managers are incompetent and downright stupid sometimes. They don't have technical knowledge. Working hours are insane and people are overloaded everytime. No strict deadlines, people are just making fools and managers escape timelines with pushing incorrect test data to supriors. No learning opportunity, you will be overloaded so much there is no time for learning. Most people work till 10pm and some have to work till 2am everyday. Work-life balance is totally absent.

When comes to restructuring/firing the company always pics. Low salary guys and skips high salaried persons to compensate Yearly benefits this is stupid logic as per management done always every year My opinion is to cover loss we need to think of high salaried persons. This is only monopolistic Other side takes new recruiting which is false projections

No job security and career growth is biased and appraisal also
