Salary and benefits are very good. Best in the industry. The only reason that keeps people from leaving NXP Semiconductors, Pune is it's very attractive salary. Office hours are flexible and facilities like gym and yoga are there.

Office politics, everyone is sick of it. The managers are incompetent and downright stupid sometimes. They don't have technical knowledge. Working hours are insane and people are overloaded everytime. No strict deadlines, people are just making fools and managers escape timelines with pushing incorrect test data to supriors. No learning opportunity, you will be overloaded so much there is no time for learning. Most people work till 10pm and some have to work till 2am everyday. The learning curve here is very steep rising.

They are making policies that restrict the employee and felt they lose its freedom. It feels like we are factory labourers those have to work 50 hrs a week. Work culture particularly in Noida location is quite toxic, Directors and Managers talk with employees quite rudely and took all the appreciation themselves.
