Too much work pressure. Work-From-Home sucks, because any time internal team meet conduct. Working on holidays and weekend off because of unavailability of other team so work is pending. No security of job. They didn't inform me and hire other for my job role.

The learning curve here is very steep rising.

They are making policies that restrict the employee and felt they lose its freedom. It feels like we are factory labourers those have to work 50 hrs a week. Work culture particularly in Noida location is quite toxic, Directors and Managers talk with employees quite rudely and took all the appreciation themselves.
