Organization,salary structure well.but management level specially project Director, page Manager are not well enough. They doesnt have the knowledge of content writing and work culture. Always they push their faults on other team members who are junior than them. Stick with their attitude and so called yo-yo culture rather to work on. HR is the best remedy in this organization at any time you may consult with them.

Project Director work style, Page Manager... Kaam kom krne walo k liye behtar, there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year

Pathetic Company culture with poor attitude shown by people in human resources. Poor communication language and attitude shown by senior management. No employee engagement and negative company culture. Work from home model, irritated bosses and frustrated employees.
