There is no job security, lots of toxic work culture, management is poor because manager stays busy in doing his own projects during office hours, no company policy. You will get only politics there and nothing else.

Dislikes

Teammates are not good. They use abusive words/ language, bullying for those who are not from their home town or their servant.
