I'm happy that to get credited salary in between date 1-10 but no fixed day in month. Not much. You can comfortlly work until project contracts get over with company. There after you are on the radar to get fired.

Poor Management . Lack of structured process, politics, no peace of mind. Lala type company(Just like a small shop). There are some senior (Rajeev seth and Mohit Gupta) underqualified who will just saves each others. Nvish has been famous of Firing Employees, don't trust on me, just Google it you will see most time people mark Nvish is firing after sometime. So, Don't waste time to work here otherwise after 1-2 month you have to start searching again. Most Important: They will call you or interview by the name of Nvish but if unfortunately you get selected and all paper work through "NETPPARTICIPATE SOLUTION LLP". This was another move by the CEO to move "Private LTD Company" to LLP that he or his company won't be held accountable for anything.(you can google it)

Work life balance is poor,management is very poor and feels like call centre. Job security is not at all clear many of my Colleagues got fired instantly without any good reaons.

Don’t ever try to join this company. Because after 2 months you have to search for another job anyway. They treat their employees under hire and fire policy. Usually I don’t write reviews for Companies. Because every company having their own policies but this company is disaster for employees.

No job security. Hiring and firing is culture of the company. You will get fired anytime without notice period. No process, HRs are spineless. Only one man show.

They have transitioned to a fully remote setup, allowing employees to spend more time with their families.

Lala company No transparency No company culture No skills development/learning There is no job security; you are safe as long as you have project, but you will be fired immediately after clients withdraw their projects.
