HR and policy are good, but managers are spoiling everything. No work life balance when was working there. Even OSD manager is incapable for the position and sticking in the job without knowledge. Atleast management should know whom they need to hire to get the robust quality product. Management should look on the capability of managers, to save the company's investment.

I got opportunity in this company is nice because it is start up company and we have learnt basic things.

company culture is not that much satisfactory, Can not expect benefits, increment and bonus, the work pressure is very high in five days and main persons will not calculate our efficiency and strength.

Nothing to like, work environment is not better, nothing to learn. Who is working in downlevel they have to suffer, they want 24hr/6 days work.

Management and MD, team managers except QA are worst and not having work knowledge to execute the products
