If you are looking to learn more about the financial products, it's a good firm to teach you about them. Fixed office hours, no calls after office hours are done.

- The leadership has been stagnant and there is only little growth in the organisation. - HR does not favour you at all they only favour the leadership. - The leadership are like goons who have no trust on their employees. - The company has no data to give or work on. - The company lacks in services for their clients. - No guidance by the managers, they expect you to know everything already.

They don't have any business development strategy and worst sales process. There is no career growth, worst KRA policy as you can not make extra money and no appraisals after many years,worst senior management thoughts they are comparing you with animals like parrot, chameleon, tortoise etc. Overall if you have time and options so better to wait and join right brand with right mentor for your career growth and work life balance. Note - Mr. LC will say everything is positive but when you join it's totally negative and worst work environment

Friendly colleagues, unbiased HR, knowledgeable seniors. I have worked with Nuvama with good 4 yrs. Culture is very friendly here. Smart formals are allowed.

there is nothing to like about this company. the mangers have no decency to talk to the employees. there is too much pressure.

Dislikes

their is a terrible incentive system as well as terrible appraisal system. their is no job security whatsoever. they hire freshers and don't even train them properly and then force them to resign. they have no client base and they don't let you sit in the office.
