At the every end there is no one to support you. They didn't pay on time there no work culture at all . only sale pressure after successful target you got paid otherwise you have to wait.

This was my first job in my career and i had chance to learn learn many skills. Which definitely helped me in shaping up my career . I would suggest anyone who is energetic and eager to learn should work for this organization.
