Nutrabay work culture is good. honestly manager is so supportive. You can grow your skill here. I started my journey as a fresher and I learned lots of from here. Perfect Team bonding. And again specially manager role is important for any team who guide well and support for professional and personal growth that I found here.

There are no limits to learning new things here. There's no stereotypical daily routine; instead, you can explore, challenge yourself, and enhance your skills. Seniors, including CEOs, are easily approachable. The company cares about employees' personal lives and avoid assigning work after hours.

Nothing. Its a terrible company with zero work ethics. There are no job roles hence people never get promoted even after working for 6-7 years in the company. They target 1 employee based on the managers review of that employee without taking the employees work or track records into account. CEO's are just puppets in the hands of the HR who has their won opinions about the employees based on their personal life. There is no work life balance as 1 employee is given the work of 4 employees hence the employee has to work OT for which he/she does not even get paid.

Dislikes

1) No opportunity for growth 2) Decisions are taken based on managers personal opinions or relations with the employee rather than actually investigating the matter. 3) Minimum appraisal 4) Employee benefits are never taken into account. It is not an employee centric company. 5) Employees working overtime do not get paid for their efforts rather are mistreated by the managers and CEO's 6) HR has an opinion on the employee's based on their personal life and interfere with regards to the appraisal or growth of the employees. 7) There are no job roles hence there are no positions to promote the employees resulting to employees being at the same position doing the same job even after 6-7 years

Honestly, there is nothing good about working there except that there's an okayish sorta work-life balance, and you won't (in most cases) be bothered to work on your day off, which should be a given, and it's not like they're doing a favour.

Dislikes

extremely toxic, politics of all sorts, no stability or job security, managers treat you like shit, inhumane, will take advantage of you, HRs very selfish and policies that only benefit them, zero perks and benefits, no training or events, pay in pennies, no flexibility, strict timings (WFO) with pay cuts if not followed.
