Getting job is very easy especially as testing engineer no skill are required because they are making you do manual job

... Sunday. There are someone who works for whole month all 30 days with overtime . They will pay for overtime if your salary is 15k then you will get 54 rupees for hour something. There is great job security they not gonna remove you easily as I said earlier they are understaffed. Even they don't accept resignation letter . Saw a lot of people absconding

There's no value for your work and efforts. No respect for the employees, not worth for engineers your experience will not be considered anywhere. Unfair policies and ethics

No benifits, only the seniors are favoured. Salary is deducted if you take leave even if you inform prior.

...ggest you don't go for this company else you will loose your professional years. Because they don't give offer letter, experience letter, salary slips on piece of paper... Nothing...

Hire and fire policy, no any employee benefits given by law, like offer letter, no experience letter, no increments, only work like labour and mentally harassment... I worked more than 1.6yr even they didn't gave me offer letter n experience letter..... I am facing problems to find new job...

Very worst company for freshers, unrealistic expectations, team leader is kind of grocery shop owner, no professionalism, ready for scolding, frustrated. Seems like a owner only focusing on earning not even work environment. Do not join ever if you are fresher otherwise you will get fired soon. Cheap mentality
