Completely working culture special company's directors don't have manner to talk with employees. Abusing at work site in front of client and staff. Company is completely financial unstable, salaries & monthly expenses are not on time.

From past two years things have changed a lot.

Dislikes

Previously HR is an accounts Manager then promoted to the HR manager. No certification / qualification. Playing politics against an employee to get them fired from the company. Major Drawback is when you are in a company and you want to change then it's not possible to apply in other company. After resigning also Boss will know where the ex-employee going, he will call their at upper management and gives negative feedback so you cannot get a job.

The company was very good & supported for stuffs. Stuffs was very good & any problem created at site they gave me suggestions for resolution. I learnt many things in this company. Salary come at time.

Dislikes

The work pressure was very high. Sometimes, I have to work 20-24 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Likes

Supportive Staff members, Learned new thing's and a great experience with all my Nutech Contractor's Pvt Ltd family. You can work freely in company and can able to learn new things. It is a very good company.

Likes

The Company Culture is is nice. One can work with total ownership for the Jobs assigned to him. All employees are ready to help whatever the situation is. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Another plus point is that all comes from various cultural, technical & non-technical background & all work happily in collaboration.
