No, It always feels like working in a school. where you need to tell your senior everything even you are going to the washroom. otherwise they will call and ask where are you!

partiality, office politics, no appreciation, no recognition, no carrier and no financial growth until unless you are their favourite employee.

The founder doesn't seem to care what anyone does, as long as it doesn't affect the company's work. The other VPs just come to the office to collect a paycheck. That's what I've seen.

It is a good experience to learn cooking and tasting new aromas its own style with Nu taste.

Professionalism is very important for employees no matter senior or junior and they have to keep observe from the top level specially on senior employees, in the sense how they are treat their colleagues in ther work place.
