The founder doesn't seem to care what anyone does, as long as it doesn't affect the company's work. The other VPs just come to the office to collect a paycheck. That's what I've seen.

Professionalism is very important for employees no matter senior or junior and they have to keep observe from the top level specially on senior employees, in the sense how they are treat their colleagues in ther work place.
