New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. After August 2016 the company hand over to another party. Before 2016 the condition of plant is very poor but now new party want to dovelope the plant and started project of power plant , CCM. I also got the promotion and handing now overall sponge section mechanical DPT. Now company want to improve and give permission for new technology, such esp project, rolling on automatic system, pollution controlling system etc

As per company improve but for old employees which have excellent ability have no value because they adopt new employees who have no knowledge but have references, that's why I'm not interested to work in plant, otherwise plant dovloping very well.
