The management has no sense of judgment. Work atmosphere is not pleasant. There is no support from the seniors. Most of the seniors also dont know Nurture Methodologies and Montessori system. Management do not value individual work and there is no appreciation and motivation received from the principal.

working methods sometimes events or strategies are unplaned because of which it effects the students and hamper the studies

Forget about teaching...those who want to enhance their extra curricular talents r most welcome...there is no place for teaching in this school instead it is a perfect place to develop ur artistic skill in craft , dance and music..no place for sports and games too..

We are forced to complete the portion in the way management says...no scope for our creativity...indisciplined students,no cooperation from the management to maintain discipline on the students..strict actions are taken against the teachers on the complaints against teachers by the students and management closes eyes before the misbehaviour of the students without correcting them...

if you are good , all things are good...working environment is good.....management is very helpful and understanding...

sometimes work pressure is too high but if organization needs us, we should be available....if company grow , we will grow.....
