Higher management people are good.

Dislikes

Seniors in IT team are dumb, they have no manners to behave. They never promotes juniors or even try to help about any products. They have fear of lossing their own job if juniors will know the products. Three seniors who are from many years in team will never let grow any junior in that team bcz of fear of their replacement.
