They should provide additional benefits with Fixed pay salary. We should get variable pay, health insurance, EPF, gratuity, paid casual leaves & sick leaves.

Working with NumeroEins is a great opportunity for me, I am mostly satisfied with my growth and culture working profession I get tasks apart of my working profile to enhance my skills over here, While working just in HR I also got an opportunity to be working as an Online Bidder.

I think every organization have team member who shows up a bad impression of an organization I meet with some of them here in, but saw management has took decision as well on them.

Management is highly motivating towards work as well as personal growth. I feel like everyone is helping me with my passion towards coding.

Sometimes deadlines are difficult but I trust my passion so I try my best to complete everything on time.

Good Place to work, If any one want's to learn some new technology... company appreciate it... and provide a every possible help ( like provide study material and time as well). all the team member's are very supportive and hard working. If you have any issue you can directly connect with higher level people, and they patiently listen your issue's and try to resolve most of them. Company have very Good client's and Projects, so much to learn. If you given you best... Company appreciate your Hard work.

Seems most of the things control by some other member of team. and they don't know how to treat people. and it make's work environment stressful and difficult.

Likes

Employees in the company work as a team to solve a problem. Management offers personal space to learn things and grow. Most importantly, the work environment is 100% politics-free.

Dislikes

Everything is a two-way process here. If we as employees are giving our best, management never points out problems within us. They know we are trying our best and appreciate our efforts. It would be great for me personally if the position allow me to wider my creativity circle. Sometimes, I feel bound with a small area of technical content and innovation in it.
