Overall company policy is good for new joining Only, while old employees working old salary policy like, HRA, Basic, Bonus

Salary structure is very bad for old employees because salary structure is not upgraded or not revised as per company policy. If you check HRA / bonus / basic is not matched with new and old employees salary structure.

Slabs for payroll and proper grading of salaries should be done.. you may find assistant manager salary Lower than Sr Executive.. some standard study wrt to market salary should happen.

New employees getting more salary but working for very short term which directly or Indirectly increases workload on existing experienced employees. New Employees :- High Salary - Low Work Pressure.
