...is unsustainable. Expect to work long hours without recognition or compensation. The pay is below market average, and benefits are non-existent. The company culture is cutthroat, with colleagues stabbing each other in the back to get ahead. Communication is poor, and feedback is nonexistent. The HR department is a joke, and they'll turn a blind eye to any issues you raise.

One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life Unnecessary salary deductions without intimation And management is too bad and worst and no words to explain about this I m kindly suggests u all that not to join in this company

You can work how many hours u want

...o 5:30 but we have to work more than 12 hrs they don’t pay even for extra hours.salary and travel vochers also given very late. Final waste of time and money.

I have experienced: - Long wait times - Poor communication - Lack of follow-through on promises - Low-quality products/services The company's specific policy or practice is misleading and needs improvement. I would not recommend numax energy solutions to anyone. There are better options available.
