Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is no such thing to like.

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time and after repeating follow up they also delay the payment of expenses of their own products which are used to do the work and always have to pay those bills with employees' money. Always forced to do overtime and didn't pay for that. Very very bad company. They always hire someone for low salary for 1 to 2 months and then they create preasure to leave the company. Their management is terrible and exhausting.
