Teammates are very helpfull staff was very cooperative working environment was awsome. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that makers realiable. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultiral backgrounds, and we work happily in collboration.

Dislikes

They are no extra or emergency leaves Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals'unique stengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most if the times.

I am lucky that iam part of thus company I have started my professional life with this organisation. I will never regret of continuing my job with NHL after a lots of offers from other companies. Learnt alot.

Overall its more than good... Only thing is work load not equally divided with people. Some feel stressed with work.
