not following a proper procedure at the beginning is creating some issue in handling current working. But i think they are over coming it very boldly and nicely.

Arrogant Management..Less perks. No life only work. And in name of enjoyment, conducting some kinder garden games for the employees. Yeah ofcourse, they make sure to reap you up for the free time you spend.
