Management has no clear vision. Old technology. No new development and has turned into client-centric maintenance and custom solutions organization rather than a product-centric one.

...endly but are overburdened because of leadership which is acting like dictators. No employee welfare or care, they think attrition could be controlled by throwing away nice pay raises. They should look closely into what exactly employees want rather than destroying the legacy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job trainings for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

work life balance is not that much, a bit of biasness during appraisals and other beneficial aspects.

Stepson treatment to people giving support on old product. Biased appraisal, bonus and. Ctc compared to new product. Managers are good actors. Lots of politics to learn for young budding politician.

Salary is quiet good in nucleus for freshers and work life is also ok in nucleus.

Dislikes

You work life depends on ur manager or seniors how they treat with you. I am not satisfied with that.learing is also not so good.
