...ing days in a month so 20×9=180 hours are required assume if your hours are 179.59 than your half day leave will be automatically debited by system if there is no leave than half day salary will be cut just because of 1 min but no matter you have given 10-12,14,16 hours of time in previous month not even single rupee of overtime will paid to u Parking is very limited people struggle to park their vehicle be it 4 wheeler or bike many times people have been challaned if they parked outside or at times vehicle have been theft as well outside premises but management don't care all they want people to see at office earlier they had shuttle service that is also not there anymore No matter what technology experience you have they can out you in any technology and you will be surprised to hear this that in open house it was clearly announced that tech people can be put into HR and finance departments also and wise Vera HR might have to do coding we thought it's just for saying but no they have done it

Management has no clear vision. Old technology. No new development and has turned into client-centric maintenance and custom solutions organization rather than a product-centric one.

...endly but are overburdened because of leadership which is acting like dictators. No employee welfare or care, they think attrition could be controlled by throwing away nice pay raises. They should look closely into what exactly employees want rather than destroying the legacy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job trainings for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

... such problems but some of my peers are suffering in this work from home time. -Salary is very less as compared to industry and there is a variable portion of your salary which leads to further reduction in your in hand salary. -Bonuses are distributed as per different criteria and it mainly benefits people who are in the company for a long time. -Seating arrangements and infra are just satisfactory. -Mess food is ok but a bit expensive (INR 70-100 per meal). -Parking space less and if you go to office befre 10:00 AM then only you will get space to park your vehicle. Else you had to park outside office which is highly unsafe. -NSBT is a vertical of Nucleus where freshers are trained for job opportunities which they rarely get. Your selection on floors depends upon the vacancy available in different departments. They will charge around 70k for technical profiles and 90k for non-tech profiles. Hence if you are unable to get job on your own you can join but you must have a lot of patience to get through the whole process.
