There is nothing to like about here, if you don't have any other offers in hand and need a job then go for nucleus software otherwise it's just a hell filled with conservative minded people.

... enhancement. The tech stack is really old so you'll learn nothing of any value. And salary is really low. And there's biasedness between the college tiers. In the training school i.e NSBT every employee is treated like they are 4th grader and are in a boarding school. Manager will scream at you in front of everybody even tho there's no fault of your's . Everyone there will treat you like you are nothing and you don't deserve to be there, and make you feel like they are doing a favor by keeping you there. Everything here at Nucleus sucks.

Management has no clear vision. Old technology. No new development and has turned into client-centric maintenance and custom solutions organization rather than a product-centric one.

...endly but are overburdened because of leadership which is acting like dictators. No employee welfare or care, they think attrition could be controlled by throwing away nice pay raises. They should look closely into what exactly employees want rather than destroying the legacy.

It's Nsbt program is good for fresher but there is no compensation for tier 3 college students

Dislikes

They are not value talent , only value higher tier college student of any branch Package is also vary between colleges Old technology used.
