Can't predict the company will survive or shutdown

Compensation is decent, growth is slow in terms of career.... Decisions are taken without going deep in that particular department...which why Shutdown happened....

Team mates are good by nature job security is high ,salary is government pay scale , career opportunities growth depends how you are interested in study work environment is competitive,very little innovation,work life balance is excellent.overall company is good for engineers.
