...nything to mention on your resume. You have to work on shift hours 8pm to 12 am. Since it's such an irregular timing don't expect a night shift extra pay. Don't expect 100% of bonus unless you are superman and satisfy all the guidelines laid to get 100% bonus (trust me you have to be a superhuman for this). There are only 1.5 leave credited to you in a month. They don't provide it in quarterly or half manner. So if you get a fever or a personal matter which require u to take leave more than 1.5 days good luck with that. Lop options are available however ur bonus will fly away. It's a small start up so infrastructure wise it's small don't expect brand new Laptops and AC or canteen.
