Dislikes

Zero job security. No space for honesty, morality, and loyalty. Management trusts business associates (like legal supporters, environment consultants, etc) more than own employees irrespective of their cadres. Management does not respect the contributions given by the employees and there will be no people connect. Don't trust the company will back you for any risks you take on behalf of the company developments ( be it people, political threat, maintaining code of conduct etc). Company will not encourage next level responsibility development. Leaders can take risk but not in this Company.

1. Actually Ferro is really a good brand . Earlier it was nubiola since July 16 had been acquired by Ferro. Since New merging can't talk more. Company is towards growth. But there is no standard work environment in Indian plant . No co- ordination in work . No co operative people. Somewhr dominating.
