...l work style even after post covid times, management have 0 trust on employees 3) forget about salary crediting on time, so before joining this company you must arrange credit cards for yourself 4 ) No respect for professional employees from management side, so you better learn some politics 5) very less pay compare to market standards

...ronment and cuture . Teammates are Supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, Appraisals are fair and they give Good Salary hike and bonus every year.

There is alit of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 5years before which you can not resign.

...rible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.

I am learning a lot. Learning how to work with different teams with coordination in challengeing situations. Dealing with customer and vendors both. Management support is good.

Dislikes

You have to be a self learner with less support. Salary is a bit less than your responsibilities. Work life balance is missing.
