1) Very good Technical competency in management especially MD. 2) Management wants improvement in the system and procedure including use of softwares in day to day working 3) Employees are very cooperative and disciplined 4) Many opportunities to travel abroad on business tours/deputation

Dislikes

1) Signing of LOI before getting joining letter with three months salary compensation in case of not joining. 2) 3 month's notice period to be necessarily served in case of separation. 3) CCTV covering all work stations for surveillance on employees by the management 4) Group of old employees (10-12 years in company) discouraging improvement in system and procedure. They do a lot of politics for their supremacy and survival 5) Annual appraisal is not timely and is not system based 6) Negative attitude of HR in implementation of written policies pertaining to employees welfare 7) Delay in payment of monthly salaries by 1-2 weeks 9) Lack of realistic planning manpower vs deliverables for project execution

Nuberg is good for learning and skill development if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

...rible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.

I am learning a lot. Learning how to work with different teams with coordination in challengeing situations. Dealing with customer and vendors both. Management support is good.

Dislikes

You have to be a self learner with less support. Salary is a bit less than your responsibilities. Work life balance is missing.

Timing is good and off on two Saturdays

Dislikes

No payment on time, No variable pay being made to employee even it is promised. Ask employee to leave without any complain, misbehaviour. Even people perform well and gets appreciation are asked to immediate leave.

One of worst company to work. There is no timing of salary .Management everytime blame hard working employees to hide their fault . They will give only a fraction of variable salary part related to performance in CTC. There is no work life balance.No timing of salary , expect to get previous month salary at mid or end of next month .So look for this company only you donot have any option.
