This company is into spa services and ayurveda treatments, only positive point working here is it makes you feel calm and cool due to spa culture.

They don’t pay salary and incentive on time. If you question them, they give you certain targets to achieve before you can receive your pay. Promotions and increments are not given in a timely manner, with employees often staying in the same position since they started. Career growth is not feasible here. Only married woman or those without career ambitions might find it acceptable to work here with a fixed salary for years. The company lacks HR policies and does not provide exit documents.

WORK LIFE BALANCE UPPER MANAGMENT IS NON FUNCTIONAL. RELY ON UNAUTHORIZED BIASED INPUT DOSENT MAINTAIN A HYGENIC RELATION WITH CUSTOMER . UNTILL YPU GOVE MONEY TO THEM ,THEY WILL BE VERY HAPPY BUT AS CUSTOMER DONT WANT TO CONTINUE TONE OF EVERY PERSON FRONT DESK /DOCTOR WILL CHANGE. WORK LIKE MOSQUITO WHO LIVES ON BLOOD DRAWN FROM PERSON ONLY. THEY GIVE MAGICAL REMEDY FOR EVERY DISEASE. EVEVN IF THE THERAPY IS NOT WORKING ,STILL WILL INSIST TO SPEND MORE MONEY.
