HR rules the company, too biased environment,micro management, no professionalism, no sick leaves or planned leaves expect 1/m, apart from that they deduct money on every thing, if break goes more than an hour for full day your money is gone for the day.

Timing is flexible. Day shift. Location is in front of metro station. It is startup so self learning is higher

Dislikes

Environment is quite average because it will look good to you from the customised environment that have created inside. work satisfaction is null or empty. HR dept is not inclined towards the betterment of company or employee. Hierarchy is not well structured to maintain the relationship or day to day interactions which leads to slower working or delay.
