You should raise the concern if you have any issue, HR not taking care after the induction and take approval for every allowances as early possible.

Local management was very poor. They treat like they are God and employee(engineer) is link slave. No one listen to employee(engineer).

As a service based organisation, you wouldn't get an opportunity to work in software development. If you are working in india. All the development work handled outside of Asia.
