As a service based organisation, you wouldn't get an opportunity to work in software development. If you are working in india. All the development work handled outside of Asia.

The people working are extremely technical and its a good pay master.

Dislikes

The mid level management upto Director level are worst,they dont take care of their employees and believe in getting work done using stick in hand,unprofessional,demotivators with no respect for individuals resulting in highest attrition rates in last 12 months since the new mgmt has taken over.No new learning opportunities,have inhouse applications with limited or no support and legacy applications,eol servers OS n firmware with no support,on an average 5 p1 hit every week because of poor planning from the mgmt.

During Covid lockdown,no Salary Cut, no Job Layoff, excellent ethics depicted from Top Management

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is big challenge. Retention Policy for deserving candidates is poor. Working hours are 14-16 hours during week days during Covid Period.

Likes

Great learning opportunities. They conduct internal trainings wherein the senior employees conduct training on a particular technology or concept. Since it's a data centre you get hands on various devices.

Dislikes

... the process is been followed or breached, they just want the work to be done. They won't provide you any shift allowances or any OT pay but still make you work more than your duty hours as they lack resources in each and every team. There's no feasibility. If you have to take an urgent leave then you have to do double shifts to coupe with that void as there's too much of dependency and lack of resources.

It's like home for me now. Best work atmosphere ever seen.love it.

Dislikes

Starting salary was not so good so waiting for good hike. No pick n drop. Technology to learn is not that competitive. Overall it's best.
