...ndemic they are firing the employees . I didn't get to see any good part of ntt. Also in one year there was increment of 1k in salary which is below market standard even . Hikes and compensations are really really bad.

Salary and career growth.. worst. Maximum hike 500 and minimum hike 0 to 100 rs.. (Per year) . I believe other teams are getting good package and growth as well. But in my team we cant except any thing. (Metlife)

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.
