.... For grade 5 & 6 employees NLCI and other trainings are mandatory to get hikes. You miss one traning, no hike for that particular cycle. Support project have no growth. Doesn't matter if it's covid or something else, the business has to run.

If you are on a project, NTT will never fire you. Team members are pretty good.

... one meeting and at the time of hike company has some reason to skip hike cycle. Working for the same salary for 3 years.

My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily with the project. i also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation not available, Growth is very low. The Work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14 hours straight in a days as i have to attend calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths,.

This is about NTT Data Services (earlier known as Dell Services). Work-Life balance, Job Security, Company culture. Some projects are good for freshers for their career growth and some are not. Provides cab facility in UK shift and later timings.

Work may not be satisfied in some projects specially for freshers. Compensation may be less.

This is the new team formed and we know each other pretty well from prior. Teammates are good. Always Work From Home in my project. Project is ok and flexibility is more in work and timings.

Prior to NTT the name of Company is Dell International Services and they have shown 14% as variable pay in my CTC and for 3 years they haven't paid a penny even when the company was running good profits.
