Lot of favourtism, no proper KRAs for employes, no transparency how NTTGN Cintributing to Whole NTT, No transparency how appraisal promotion takes place, no skill develoomnt learning trainings

good for freshers and people in junior roles as there are ample opportunities to learn, lot of options to upskill, cross skill but mostly should be prepared to spend their own time, paid time off and carry forwarding unused time off policy, office location, mentoring and support of management toward career growth, rare but there are chances of going onshore, well respected brand name and value in industry, overall flexible in terms of working hours, clients from various industries and global, etc. Additional benefits from manager level and above. Good ML benefits and support afterwards as well if needed. Lot of and long-standing clients.

Dislikes

Not much transparency when it comes to pay or merit changes or bonus distribution, bench or exit policy. Lot of managers / senior managers may not have none to handful direct reportees. So, no clearly defined IC vs Management tracks. No paid volunteering time, education scholarship, stock options, etc in India and many other locations but some benefits are available by location in USA, Japan, Europe, etc. No 360 deg feedback given or taken under org reporting structure, lack of collaboration and clarity between onshore and offshore sales teams. Not a good pay master, in general but could depend on part of the org you are in, as there is no uniformity. A person at level X may get same pay as a person in level X-1 or even X-2 in diff part of the org, in same division, for similar or comparable skills and experience. Tussle among peers at senior management level for getting same business, etc. No job security and no internal projects or products to fall back to if possible and needed. Not a good duration for paid bench time. Long 60 days' notice period, while the company itself rarely considers candidates for interviews, with such long NP, given the uncertainty in joining. 9-hour workday, which is unfortunately becoming common in industry from 8 hours. Add 2-3 hours of commute time and breaks, and it's a good 13-hour day. NO working remote policy.

Dislikes

...early hike is around 2% promotion would be 5%. Could change based on Leadership. For all employees benefits creation there would be deductions from Employees salary.

Likes

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Dislikes

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.

Likes

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.
