...er driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.

...d helpful colleagues. Near to Ram Mandir railway station at a walking distance. Salary is competitive. Hybrid work environment. 2 days from office. Night shift allowance Rs 600 / day as of 2023. Training and tools are awesome. Less office politics.

Pathetic work life balance in Network Operations Team. Compulsion of 2 years bond for getting bonus in 2022 was worst decision of the company. They need to increase team size. HR policies are not employee friendly.

...n the team you would get into. Training provided on technologies like SD-WAN. Company pays bonuses apart from the salary but the amount varies at different levels. Night shift allowances are there as additional perks. Company used to gift items during Diwali before Covid on a yearly basis. Not there anymore.

Dislikes

Rotational shifts and weekly offs in customer delivery teams. People who have been associated with the company from the earlier stages don't work in shifts. High work pressure even in service delivery teams. Management very restrictive of giving exposure on new technology unless you have a proven record. High bonuses maybe good but come with a bond of certain tenure. No transparency on whether you will get it the next year or not.
