First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.

We get salary on time. Night shift allowances are little better than previous organisations. We get double pay on national holidays.

There is no appraisal. Salary is still same after completing 1 year. 18 months is long time to be eligible for IJP. No overtime bonus.

Working person won't be able get promotion such politics play in this company and the salary package is very low for experienced person but for the fresher the basic salary package is high compared with 3 to 4 years experienced person.
