No interface from NTT side when you are working with client on time pay salary is very good compare to market scale work life balance Mostly work from home good learning

Growth rate is too slow. Other companies gives their employees higher. Growth in respective of bonus as well as other things. As of now in pandemic situation where everything is costly. Please do something extraordinary. As CSC Technologies is paying their employees to 17000 as rent for their accommodation. Thank-you

...give proper feedback. Poor performance review system ( there is no 360 model). No bonus. People looking for promotions have to mandatory complete internal bofus NLCI exams.
