...d helpful colleagues. Near to Ram Mandir railway station at a walking distance. Salary is competitive. Hybrid work environment. 2 days from office. Night shift allowance Rs 600 / day as of 2023. Training and tools are awesome. Less office politics.

Pathetic work life balance in Network Operations Team. Compulsion of 2 years bond for getting bonus in 2022 was worst decision of the company. They need to increase team size. HR policies are not employee friendly.

Working 10 hours is hectic and BReak timings are not enough to work for 10 hours sitting job. Cab service is annoying. Time for appraisal and promotion is also not good

I am lucky to work here. WFH is a brilliant step taken by company which prevents all employee from this COVID-19 pandemic. I am also happy with facility(Compensation, Medical) given by company during WFH.

I am little bit unhappy with salary growth and promotion. Less salary growth after good performance. Still i didn't get bonus after 1year........May be its due to this pandemic, so not serious.
