First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.

I have good growth in terms of Salary as I am sole performer in the team and my manager had provided maximum hike for 3 years.

When ever new company acquires you need to think about your role and even manager cannot confirm about it thats why I moved out.

... Don't hope for any appraisal or increment. Only thing good here for now is wfh. This maybe the worst company in terms of salary n increments.
