... seeing the toxic work culture, you will always regret that why you joined here. Salary is less compared to other companies, no promotion for you if lack licking and buttering capabilities.

Toxic managers who think they are God's and every associate is their slave...caveman thinking and promoting loser who just know licking and buttering.

...give proper feedback. Poor performance review system ( there is no 360 model). No bonus. People looking for promotions have to mandatory complete internal bofus NLCI exams.

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Dislikes

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.
