...d helpful colleagues. Near to Ram Mandir railway station at a walking distance. Salary is competitive. Hybrid work environment. 2 days from office. Night shift allowance Rs 600 / day as of 2023. Training and tools are awesome. Less office politics.

Pathetic work life balance in Network Operations Team. Compulsion of 2 years bond for getting bonus in 2022 was worst decision of the company. They need to increase team size. HR policies are not employee friendly.

Good company culture. Helpful employees and upper management. Good skill development team who helps you achieve your technical goals. Very helpful to improve your soft skills.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are often delayed. This is the only issue here. Rest, the company is fantastic to work with. Good culture, environment, energy etc.

Company is very employee caring and job security is very high. They have excellent digital training cell to enhance technical skill. They pay for technical certifications as well.

Salary Compensation could be better for existing employees.

...te at all to work in NTT....because at the time of lock down March 22 to may ..I went to ofc and given support to company but still they are not ready to give any compensation and atleast they have not given 20 rps sanitizer

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Dislikes

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.
