No growth in career wise or no learning for new technologies,Salary hike is too pathetic only who joined laterals will have good offer later no need to expect hike in company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes, I have to work 14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. I do receive appreciation from my client and manager, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Although it depends on project we are in there are few leads who are very supportive towards the team mates growth and encouragement. Work timings are flexible.

Dislikes

...hey want the client to be satisfied always without satisfying its own employees. Pay scale is very or doesn't even meet standard when compared to market

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
