Probably from 12 percent of variable amount of your CTC, company will award you only 10 percent of total variable in your appraisal and thus 10 percent will be concluded as a Salary hike on yearly basis. means the 90 percent of variable amount will never be utilised for your salary hike or any award.

No interface from NTT side when you are working with client on time pay salary is very good compare to market scale work life balance Mostly work from home good learning

Probably due to the current job market, but sometimes management are not compensating their employees enough, especially the long term employees. Certain market correction strategy is required.

Great WLB. But the salary are underpaid in the current market standards. WLB is depends on the project in IT. If you're manager is good ull have a great WLB and decent appraisal and early bonus
