Lack of growth opportunities, poor pay. Annual hikes are 4-6% if you are rated 4/5. Flexible work hours. Dearth of good role change opportunities within the company.

Poor pay and too much of unnecessary reporting

Everything is good except compensation and career growth. Monotonous work.

No salary increment. Work as hard as possible but you will only get 3% as salary increment. Promotions only after resigning from company.

Job security is good and there are opportunities to go in different fields. Salary compensation is also good.

Although there are opportunities, your manager might not push you or let u go to that specific team. Currently home is as low as 10% for promotions and saving on appraisal.

First of all they provide permanent WFH facility. And also in some process there is no work load. And there is ample of food stall outside campus. There is sports facilities everyday you can play cricket, Badminton’s etc.

Dislikes

There is issue in CTC so don’t go blindly on package by seeing offer letter sound goods, but what heat in bank account that’s matter.There is too much deduction from CTC. And and somewhere management also not that much good. There is no cafeteria in tower 7 NTT building. So even a cup of tea also you have to go outside, it’s very difficult in rainy season to go outside.
